The bump meter shows nothing or jumps

Rest the phone flat on your lap or the tray table and do not touch it. Picking it up shows as a big bump. If your phone has no motion sensor available, the meter says so.

The route outlook says it cannot reach the weather service

The outlook needs an internet connection (for example before you leave). It is strongest over North America; elsewhere few pilot reports exist and the app says the outlook is thin.

Reminders do not appear

Turn on Notifications for Calmwing in Settings, then switch the daily reminder on again in Me.

Restore a purchase

Me > Restore purchases, or on the paywall. Use the Apple Account you bought with. A Flight Pass is restored with its original 72-hour window.

Cancel a subscription

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Calmwing Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Delete your data

Calmwing > Me > Delete all my data. Or delete the app.
